โIt is very clean. The appartment was spaciouse, clean, had a great view. The swimming pool was clean and good for swimming. We will definitely come back. The testaurant offered a lot of food options.โ

The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isnโt entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when youโre in Bansko out of the season.

โIt was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasnโt really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. Weโre heavy sleepers so itโs wasnโt a problem for us, but itโs not quite โsoundproofโ as the listing says. Thatโs the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

โPredala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing.
Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher.
Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax.
Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time.
