"Staff tries to be very helpful, but no one speaks English, and you have to communicate via a translator on your smart phone. TV is only in Chinese, and the internet in China is severely restricted, so no access to USA browsers to be able to access your email accounts. The shuttle bus took a long time to pick us up at the airport, and I could not prearrange for them to pick us up with our arrival details. My cell phone is not China based, so could not call the hotel to have the shuttle bus come and collect us. A fellow passenger was kind enough to call them for us. Even after calling them it took 30 minutes for them to arrive. After a tiring trip, we just wanted to get to the hotel and go to sleep."
