"We traveled there for an event. The next morning as we're getting ready to leave I hear something at the door. My husband was in the bathroom. There was a quick loud noise and a couple of seconds later some random guy was inside of our room. I didn't have time to say anything or react in any way. He immediately saw me then said oh sorry housekeeping and backed out our door. I WAS NOT FULLY CLOTHED so I was in total shock!!!! My husband came out of the bathroom and went outside the room to approach him. Mind you we made sure the deadbolt and the safety latch was on but the guy managed to get inside our room anyway. We reported the incident to his boss who was on the floor and the manager when we got downstairs. We didn't feel safe since someone was able to get into our room WHILE AGAIN ALL LOCKS WERE ON!!!! I'm still disturbed by this and corporate will definitely know about this!!"
