Super well located near the Sagrada Família! Little bit of a hike to the beach but not too bad and you get to see a ton while doing so. Highly recommend and the apartments are super cute/nice!

Overall we had a great experience! The apartment was very nice and at a great location. It was also very secure and guests needed a card in order to be able to have access to come into the building. The only reason why I took off one star is because during our stay we had a water leak from the roof. We woke up in the morning and the leak had run into one of the bedrooms and into our shopping bags. We had to call twice to get someone to come in, (apparently there was confusion with the apartment number given) but it was a minor inconvenience. We asked if we could be credited back anything for our stay, and they denied it. Other than that, is was a really great stay.

The location was amazing! Beautiful neighborhood, not touristy, close to everything. The property needs some TLC. A lot of water damage in the bathroom due to open box style, so much water falls on the outside, we needed many towels just to keep it dry. But otherwise we were very happy.

Check-in procedure was very well communicated. The apartment is at excellent location, everything is so convenient. Only one thing I dont feel comfortable: a lot of personal information like passport number, home address, etc had to be provided for pre-check in.

Great spacious flat in the heart of the city

Smooth check in Apartment is really spacious with all necessary amenities. Amazing location in the heart of Barcelona with plenty of options nearby The only downside is the loud noise from the streets but that’s something you should expect while visiting a busy city like Barcelona We stayed 2 days at the flat with 2 children and felt very safe and comfortable at all times Much recommend

We felt the apartment was in a great location and walking distance to many tourist destinations and food options. The two bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spacious for our party of three. Check in process through email was very easy. We had no issues. Communication was quick and effective. We were able to store our luggage for 1 Euro since we arrived early. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family that want a larger space than a hotel room while visiting Barcelona. Our balconies did face a busy street and we could hear traffic from the first floor, but we knew to expect that. We are very happy we chose this accomodation.

The unit doesn’t provide supplies, no kitchen towel, one roll of toilet paper for 5 pp for 3 nights. No coffee pods ( have the machine) or tea bags .no kettle only one pot , all though we didn’t cook , we like our morning coffee or tea to start the day. Very nice location and nice shops around .

We like that this apartment block is walking distance to almost everything. We could see the top of the Sagrada Familia from our balcony. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Good access to a metro station. Sound proofing is good. Two things can be improved: provision of coffee pods for the coffee machine and the bathroom area. It is always damp due to a lack of ventilation. Water also leaks from the shower screen so the floor is always wet, the bath towels have been put to the test.

Great location - old apartment

We absolutely loved the area - was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, loads of shops and restaurants, cafes and gelaterias for us to frequent. There is no front desk, no service and you get 1 roll of toilet paper however long you’re staying or however many people… so buy TP once you get there! There is a washing machine in the unit and a balcony as well as a drying rack - so we were able to do laundry. There was no proper frying pan so we were cooking eggs in a pot 😂🙈 The unit is old. There is what looks like black mold in the bathroom and the rooms are quite tiny and weirdly shaped. Overall it grew on us and we had a wonderful time, but not sure Id pick this apartment again

Nice location/walkable-ish/great room

The apartment was very nice. Only weird thing is that the bathroom is located right off the bedroom and the door was right next to the bed- a bit tight there. The washing machine in the apartment was great. No dryer but they did have a drying rack that was large enough to accommodate 2 small loads of laundry. Great kitchen area. Wonderful view/balcony. Check in has to be done at the machine once you enter the building (it issues you room cards- so that’s great). The heat in the room has to be turned on- the card needs to be put in the slot at door entry and that’s what powers the apartment (separate button to turn on the heat though).
