The pousada is rustic and looks like a tropical paradise and it is great value for money. Good breakfast and really good restaurant options. But didn’t feel safe outside, really noise drilling construction work on both sides of the room, lots of ‘selling all sorts’ just not safe at night, really trapped in and lots of really nasty mosquitoes. Ideal for just a couple of nights if you can make it. "
