The codes for the room doors are generic, meaning every guest can figure out every room’s code. Completely inadequate security. I barricaded my door and still had a hard time sleeping. Also, there was no hot water for a morning shower.

Staff were attentive and kind. I was surprised that wash clothes were not available but they provided extra hand towels. Check in/out times we’re flexible and very very helpful. Limited cell phone service in that area of NY

The location is beautiful, but unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience. Although the rooms were being renovated with new equipment, they were extremely dirty, and it was difficult to locate the person in charge. Additionally, there was no internet connection, and the beds were uncovered. The bathroom was also very dirty and appeared to have been recently used.

Weekend get away
The room was very clean and comfortable. The place is going thru some renovations and I can not wait to see the place completed. Great weekend get away, will definitely go back.
