"Rooms are pretty basic but location is amazing, right bang in the centre of the old town, all sights are within walkable distance. Breakfast was decent but was quite limited on the second day we were there with a lot of the hot items not being restocked"

We were told by reception the heat was automatic and there was nothing they could do. Other guests were complaining of the same thing. For the price we paid to stay here this was pretty unacceptable. The bathroom also had a radiator blasting heat at all times that could not be controlled. "

"We booked four rooms for two nights. Even though we paid in advance, we left after the first night because it was such an awful experience. The rooms were extremely cold, the heating didn't work and there were no extra blankets provided. We couldn't ask for assistance as there was no one at the desk from the time we checked in (at 4pm) until the time we left the next day (1pm). And although breakfast was included in the cost of the rooms, we couldn't find where it was served. (Apparently it was inside the hotel next door.) We have all traveled extensively for many years and agreed it was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in."
