" I loved the staff. The best service I have gotten anywhere and I travel a lot. They hooked me up with my tour to Ninh Binh and other guests for Ha Long Bay and Sapa, gave me recommendations for food places and were always available to help with anything. They waited with me till my Grab to the airport arrived when I was leaving and even communicated with the driver for me in their local language. I thought that was above and beyond. And the breakfast is really good (worth waking up early on a vacay for) and the room itself has everything you could possibly need, and is reasonably sized. Not too small, but not big either. Bathroom is good quality and clean. Water was excellent (i like hot showers and never had issues). "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Centrally located and convenient within the old quarter. The stand outs are the service and breakfast buffet. Every service member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Requests were fulfilled immediately and with enthusiasm and care. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Great assortment of food at the buffet as well as food and drinks available to order at no cost. The selection changed slightly each morning so I was excited to see what was available every day. The hotel also contacted me before arrival and offered a driver service from the airport to hotel for a reasonable fee. We also arranged the same service to the airport when departing and this was organised seamlessly. Upon leaving we were gifted cute tote bags! "

"Since the moment we booked our room, Ms. Camelia “Lần Phương” has been so helpful from our arrival to Hanoi with airport pick up to booking our tours and checking up with us during them. We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. My family and I have traveled through many hotels in Vietnam through the years but this is the first hotel that we absolutely fell in love with and we will definitely be back to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi. "A lovely stay for 3 nights… the pool was refreshing given the heat and the aircon in the room was also much appreciated. Breakfast was tasty and the front desk were super helpful given our early arrival and to arrange taxis. We also used the free shuttle into the Old Quarter. "
