“The staff were welcoming and helpful- I was delighted that they had kindly upgraded me. The hotel itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. I had a lovely breakfast. The location was close to the centre and the major attractions. I had a very enjoyable stay.”

“The hotel has limited parking spaces at the rear and it’s great they only charge if you find a spot. Rajeev at reception was every helpful in making us feel welcome. The location is 10 mins walk to the Bath city centre, so we left the car parked for our two days. If you have luggage you need to walk it from the car park to the hotel reception as there’s no back door entry. This means suitcases on a short distance of footpath. It’s not busy but good to know.”

“Our stay at Windsor Townhouse was absolutely excellent. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...

“The location was perfect! Very quiet and close enough to walk into the center of town. Close to Sydney gardens and the Art museum which we loved. The kitchen had everything that you could need and the outdoor space was so nice to have since we were there for some very warm weather! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Spotlessly clean, well located for a bit of walking or a cheap taxi ride into the centre , all the supplies we needed for a lovely stay.”
