They have pest problems. We found cockroaches in the room. Had to spend most of the day outside for treatment only to return to the room in the evening with one new roach hanging comfortably on the wall. Next room had bedbugs. We were given a new room that appeared recently evacuated. They just threw new sheets but there were food crumbs from the last occupant. The previous room with roaches was quickly reassigned to another family.
Don't get me started on the breakfast buffet. Absolute nonsense.
They had broken bread toaster. That thing is literally less than 50 bucks on Amazon.
Staff were courteous but they were understaffed,
The beds and sheets were comfortable. The gym was nice. The entire facility needed to be updated and deep cleaned. Stains on the carpet and wallpaper was pealing. The elevator continued to be out of order as well. We also had to ask for towels. The room was spacious which was nice since there were 5 of us. Overall, I expected more for the price.
While we loved the service of the staff, our room was dated and not in great condition. Walls were peeling and the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

No room service for 4 days
Broken safe
TV signal out
Both room phones broken
4 hangers in closet for 2 people for 4 days
Elevator broke ( husband disabled)
On check out morning housekeeper tried to make us leave at 10:30am ( checkout is at noon)
My prime reason for choosing this hotel was for use of the indoor pool. The water in the pool was very cloudy like it was need of cleaning. In the room. The shower had chunks of previous guest hair stuck to wall of shower and seat, so I know the tub was not cleaned from previous guest. Very overpriced and dirty with pricy breakfast buffet. I feel paying $300 a night should include complimentary breakfast. My family and I will never revisit. Staff was friendly, just poorly cleaned.

The stay was NOT OK. There were a lot of service issues that they need to work on.
We checked in on a Thursday night and did not get our room serviced until the Monday morning that we were checking out (after requesting it on Saturday and Sunday)
We had 4 hangers in the closet for 2 people for a 4-night stay
Neither phone in the suite worked, so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk for everything.
The safe was locked and the maintenance man couldn't open it, so we couldn't use it.
The TV signal was out all Saturday morning.
The elevators broke Sunday night. My husband is disabled and uses a walker and could not walk up to the 4th floor, so we had to wait in the lobby until the repairman arrived.
Lastly the housekeeper came to our room twice on the morning of our checkout and said we had to leave (around 10:30) and check-out is not until noon. The front desk was apologetic and offered us a free breakfast voucher, but that was not enough for all we endured.
On a positive note, the chocolate chips cookies were good.
Decent and convenient to the Raising Cane Center. Mid-day construction made travel difficult. Rooms are outdated very dark and gloomy. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Dark old outdated carpet in the rooms and parking is limited as are decent restaurants nearby.

Decent location, convenient to the Raising Cane Center. Construction was a hassle from mid day on. Hotel is in need of some upkeep. Rooms are dark/gloomy. Carpets need replaced. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and air conditioning very inconsistent.

The tv and bathroom light wouldnโt come on .. the air conditioner was loud and woke you up every time it kicked on .. there was no breakfast available except for what costed $18 a piece, even for children. The indoor pool is small only fits 3-4 people.
They could not find our reservation even with a confirmation number and email and said they were sold out and offered no help with finding a new hotel to stay at.
Upon returning to the room at almost midnight we pulled out the sofa bed discover dark stains all across the mattress. When we address this with the front desk with pictures, she apologized and stated that she would have someone look at it in the morning. Indicating that we should go ahead and sleep on it. She then gave us sheets without pillow cases. We had to go back down to get pillow cases and was given only one (there were 2 pillows). If this is Double Tree standard then I will never book with them again.
