"The front desk staff provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was okay. More options such as boiled or scrambled eggs, yogurt, or oatmeal would have been appreciated. Housekeeping only provided services on the third day. I had to request fresh towels and garbage pick up on other days."
"There is no coffee machine or microwave in the room, only in the lobby. This was very inconvenient. Also, they clean the room every other day, which I was not expecting."

"If anyone has an event at the Convention Center, this is the hotel to book. Not only is it a mere 2-3 min walk, but there’s also a bunch of restaurants you can try nearby. The breakfast buffet is great and the cocktails are a delight."
