"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

Noise - lots and lots of young kids being very loud with voices and music ZERO / No American music played in Disco Room refrigerator did not work. Reported it and still wasn't replaced or repaired. "Absolutely loved this resort. It was my first time at an all inclusive. The service was perfect, food was good, beach is beautiful, and pools were fun. Did not care for the Legendary club sales people, especially the “manager” you sit with. Way too aggressive for a relaxing vacation experience. Will tell you anything to guilt you into buying a package. Avoid it all together unless it’s something you’re interested in. "
