โCharming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc.
The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages.
If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly...

โEtwas seltsam war die Reception im 9. Stock, aber das Hotel ist gut und originell eingerichtet, Frรผhstรผcksraum und Terasse ganz oben im Hotel haben eine tolle Aussicht in die Umgebung. Vom Hotel ist man in ca 10 Min zu Fuss im hรผbschen Zentrum. Parking ist im UG. โ

We wanted to send a quick note to mention that Elliottโs and Loraineโs help with getting our room earlier, making it easy with the luggage and late check out - all of this made the vacation in Biaritz extremely amazing.
The Palmito suite with the terrace also made a difference - we C spent time in warm weather reading, having a glass of wine, enjoying morning coffee.
Friendly staff made us feel always welcome.
