"Be prepared/forced to pay for valet if you drive a truck or other tall vehicle. The parking at this location was a nightmare and is very limited. The property/garage was built 50 yrs ago and has not been updated. It will not accommodate certain vehicles. "

"Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere."

"They had no lobby, they brought two plastic chairs for us to sit in to wait for our room to get ready, the elevator was out of service,, the furniture look like garage sale. it was mixed and match. it appeared they were working on the ceiling in the so-called lobby and the fire detector had been removed. The rating they had online was a 7.2, which should be no more than a three if you're comparing it to other hotels. "

"The hotel is very highly in need of upgrades and maintenance. We had to fix the shower head to not leak all over the place. The housekeeping team was horrible. The bathroom amenities were empty amd when we called to have them filled the house keeper was bothered. Also when we asked for all to be fille our door was left open!"

"I can’t really see if there were shops nearby because we drove everywhere surface family. I didn’t see any pets, what I thought was crazy is that you had to pay $45 a night to valet your car also when we did check into a room I had dropped my phone cord on the floor when I went to pick it up in like one halfway under the bed when I pulled it out, there was a pair of dirty underwear under the bed so obviously housekeeping doing their job. We call downstairs They put us in another room but the other room the floor was buckling and the ceiling was peeling so they put us in another room the same thing what’s happening but not that bad so we ended up staying in that room. Manager was amazing. He gave us $60 in vouchers to use in the restaurant/bar in the whole time. We should’ve gotten a free night but it is what it is what I recommended again yes"
