There was a glitch with my reservation and rather than assure me that we can get to the bottom of it, I was antagonized and made to feel like Everything was my fault and that I was surely mistaken and did not have a reservation. things got heated unnecessarily and Once they finally figured it out… No apology was even issued…. Based on this, I will not return...
