"Staff is a little all over the place. I had to stare at a half eaten burrito on the front desk for 10 minutes before someone showed up for check in. Similar thing happened in the morning at check out. Property is nice and a great location, but it definitely feels like condos that didn't sell and now it's a hotel. Needs a little polish before it can be considered 4 star."

"We were so please with our stay at the Inn at Pleasant Beach. Rooms were do nicely decorated and clean. Crips white sheets and towels and NO CARPETING anywhere. Hooks in the bathroom where they should be and a nice large closet. Room service daily is something that you don't see in hotels anymore so we were so glad to have fresh towels daily. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend."
