Traveling from Southeast Louisiana to El Paso Texas. It was a last minute booking in an unfamiliar area and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Recent renovation and we had a nice clean Comfortable king size bed and the room also had a little alcove with a love seat , reading chair and coffee table. We were able to take good hot showers and get a good night's sleep to pick our journey up again in the morning. Combined with a really nice staff and a very affordable rate, I would call it an excellent stop👍

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Heating unit worked very well and did not make a lot of noise as many do. Room stayed at a comfortable temperature all during my stay. Towels were fluffy and soft. One complaint: I was on the first floor and it easily took five minutes to get hot water to the shower head. The breakfast was not worth getting up for.

The check in and check out was smooth & easy but there a couple couple rooms down that kept fighting and when I tried to call down to the office our phone wasn’t working then we I called on my personal phone they took awhile to come up and I felt like much wasn’t done. No elevators on property. Multiple complaints by customers. Bathroom unsafe. No safety strips or mats in tub which lead to ER visit after husband fell out of tub hitting ribs on toliet and head on vanity. Was told strips or mat is not required by management and it would peel paint off tub. No incident forms to fill out. Room was clean.
