"The amenities were torn out, the rooms were okay. The walkways smelled like urine, and folks termed “long term residents” created quite a disturbance. Would not return."

"The room was clean but some things need to be updated! The low toilet is sure hard for some older people. The lamp shade on one side of the bed was in terrible shape! The staff was very nice and friendly! The toilet flushed really slow and the tub drained really slow! Breakfast was adequate! The price the second night was like $60 more but probably because of week-end and track meet in town!"

"Beautiful property. It is still finishing up some details of the remodel which were a little un-slightly. I had a room facing the river on the ground floor and the patio foliage wasn’t well maintained. I am sure once they get everything all dialed in it will be beautiful! Staff was great, restaurant was great. Still probably one of the better places to stay in Missoula."

"This is unquestionably the worst hotel that I have stayed in in 20 years. 50 yards from a very active railroad yard, super noisy AC. The toilet clogged, tub had 6” of standing water after a short shower. Really run down in general. Only hotel I have ever seen that offered earplugs to its guests!! Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else!!"
