“Very few outlets available and none near bed to use for CPAP machine. HVAC control was very difficult to regulate; seemed to be colder than setting.”

“Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving.”

“Overall sanitation was excellent.”

“Good”

“No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with”

“The room was exactly what we needed…see you again November 9th”

“Room smelled like dog, carpet was nasty, hadn’t Been vacuumed in a while”

“Top-notch stay with phenomenal staff From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield Inn Beckley was exceptional. “We had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights in the Rosemary suite. We were extra fortunate that the other suites in the building were not occupied so we had all of the common areas to ourselves. Everything was comfy, the kitchen has very nice appliances though no ice. The Market is a block away and a good place to grab a bite. One word of warning for booking through Expedia: make sure you get the door codes before you arrive; there is no front desk to check in at.”

“The cabin is just as described. Cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful inside and out. The staff were helpful and very friendly.”

“We really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in and the beautiful views that the property provided. However, we went to go get coffee on the morning of our checkout and we came back to the cleaning staff already in our cabin whenever we still had an hour left to checkout. So we felt like we were being pushed out whenever we were looking forward to coming back to drink our coffee on the back porch for the last hour of our stay. Thankfully, they were nice and did leave when we got back, but it still...

“I loved the resort. Specially our room was lakeview and could see the morning reflection. The room was just like regulart hotel room but I personally liked it for the lake. Overall its a nice quiet place to stay”
