We loved our stay. The room was very clean. The stuff was super nice and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We came to ski at Winterplace Ski Resort and it was a convenient 20-30 min drive from the hotel.

I was on a roadtrip; I stopped here because the Jan. 2026 storm had rolled through and I didn't want to drive multiple hours in the dark with more snow coming down. The staff were very nice and professional - and they had been stuck there several days! The main floor dining/breakfast area was set up nicely (booths even!) so I was able to catch up on some work without being confined to my room. The bed was comfy and the accessible room w/ a king was spacious. There was an office marathon on comedy central so that was a plus as well. Unfortunately the toilet didn't do a great job of flushing but otherwise it was a decent stay.

This hotel was excellent. It is new in the Beckley area and it was perfect for a mini vacation in the area. The staff was more than helpful during check-in and the staff that worked the breakfast area were more than willing to have great food available for guests. Everything was clean in the lobby, very well lit in all areas of the hotel. I would stay in this facility again if I visited the area again.
