โThe accommodation itself was satisfactory. However, although I made advance payment at HOTELS.COM, the hotel charged again for the room with my credit card. I informed the hotel of my double billing through HOTELS.COM but the hotel did not respond for nearly a week. I stayed at the end of March and managed to get a refund in mid-April. Instead of apologizing, the hotel sent only the refund receipt by email without a word of greeting. I was very disappointed and upset.โ
โThe location is prime. We have stayed here a few times and we enjoy all the amenities, comfort and aesthetics. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is on-site live music a few nights a week, a generous indoor bar with a broad patio outside, as well as varied and cozy seating inside. โ
โThey charge a deposit thats not included in the listing. Property needs an remodel and there was no wifi. I was told that that these issuse were being addressed by the new magment.. the staff was friendly and they have like 3k channels on direct tv. Bedding was comfortable and no bugs.โ
โGreat location and accommodation. Comfy bed and good shower, it was all I needed since my days were full outside. Clean and nice to get a cup of coffee or tea provided on the premises.โ
