"It's at least 1.5-hour drive from city. When we checked in the room, there was a towel on the sofa and an empty water bottle hidden behind the curtain. No shops nearby and very difficult to ask taxi to pick up. Absolutely did not fulfill the expectation of a Hilton brand. Would never go back again."

"la chambre etait tres agreable, bon lit, peu de bruit.
toutefois j'ai ete tout a fait decu que le breakfast ne soit servi que jusqu'a 9h30. personne a la reception ne m'en a informe. Dans ce type d'hotel, d'ordinaire, il est servi jusqu'a 10h ou 10h30.
je suis donc arrivé a 9h30 pensant avoir le temps de dejeuner, on m'a informe de me servir rapidement et puis, tres tres vite, tout a ete debarrassé, m'empechant de profiter de ce moment si important pour moi"

"A wonderful place as part of an amazing adventure. I only gave amentities four stars because I did not use the gym.
Service was impeccable, restaurant service was great as they personalized cooking. Fresh seafood must have come from the ocean across the street.

"Is the Marriott brand team aware that there is a Chinese company operating a facility with the Sheraton name on this property? I sincerely doubt so. Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton.
The staff doesn't speak English, bar and dining establishments close before eleven pm and room service is non-existing. The location is great and there is potential indeed, but seriously, if you...
