1) staff was not good...when come to checking in..almost around 1:30/2pm they still want to charge you..earlier chacking in fee...after long day traveling no choice to pay..before was 2pm checking in, now 4pm,. bottom line they want to make money and ripp people off as much as they can 2) come to resortfee...which is another ..big ripoff 3) house keeping...they missed our room, even we didnot tell them to do or not..and we were in group..how didnot do anything thier room was made 4) staff,,..ok

Is clean, the staff are very friendly.

The rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly couldn’t win any money at the casino lol. I like the lounge areas a lot can’t wait to come back.
