I paid for a room and private bathroom but when I got to the hotel they told me I had a room with a bathroom across the hall. We just stayed a night so it wasn’t too inconvenient for us but they should be identifying that in their advertisements/booking tools.

Super kind people that told us recommendations for a nice pub to go to. The room was super clean and comfortable and we even accidentally left something and they were super helpful and accomodating when it came to retrieving it! Great experience and would totally return.

We really enjoyed this property. It was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were able to enjoy some time in the room during the afternoon and there were comfortable chairs and a table for us to do so.

Everything was clean and the couple times we saw staff they were friendly however it was disappointing that they couldn’t offer any free water or tea. Everything was in a machine we had to pay for. Our wifi was spotty and we couldn’t get laundry till the morning we were leaving.

Don't believe parking is available
Good sized, clean room but you can hear noise from other rooms and the corridor. Booked as it stated parking available but only a few spaces are there and one night ended up having to park nearly a mile away and got soaked walking to the hotel. Will not be using this hotel group again!

Easy to find, on the open top bus tour, quiet location. Beautiful building, room spacious, comfortable bed large bathroom. Staff, we met Sarah so helpful warm and welcoming. Helped with recommendation's for restaurants and things to do on a short stay. Would stay again if travelling to Belfast.

Was an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The staff was so friendly they noticed I had quite a bit of luggage and so they changed my room to the ground floor so it wouldn’t be quite so hard. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazingly friendly. My room was very comfortable and felt so homey. Easy walk to anything you might need, groceries, bar, convenient, store, shopping. Would stay here again without question.

Everything was great but we had some difficulty getting on the wifi but managed to connect eventually. Room was big, clean, quiet and bathroom had everything needed. Great location. All round would recommend and would stay again.
