Our room was very clean and the staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious, and they started early, which was nice considering I was on a work trip and had to leave early. The room did not have an armchair/sofa, a safe, a coffee table, minifridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing table, and kleenex box as you would expect in a standard room these days. I guess we should've read the description more carefully, and not have taken these things for granted.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Restaurant was incapable of taking walk ins and seemed to only allow 5 reservations for dinner a night. Breakfast was just mediocre. Hallways need renovation and cleaning. Rooms need a very good cleaning - carpets are stained, walls are filthy and bathroom needs a good wipe down in all corners and front of tub. Beds were very comfortable though.

A great location. Safe. Friendly staff. Great great great breakfast! We stayed with two young daughters for three nights. Would have given five stars but one day the hot breakfast was unable to be provided and one day the room was left uncleaned when we had asked it to be. Other than that - fully recommend!!

If you want a place close to everything? This is the place! Room is clean, bed and pillow is nice, hanger and kettle for you, with a table and chair. Bathroom is clean, unfortunately the top of soap is pretty dirty and not all pump is working, what’s the good thing is that in shower there is 2 mode, normal shower or rain shower, this give it a bonus point. I’m not big fans of toilet paper isn’t come in a roll. This room do not come with a safe for personal belongings.

The only good thing about the hotel is the central location in the Cathedral Quarter. But the hallway floors and rooms range from filthy to not quite passable. And the rooms had a funky mildew cabbage smell. are filthy, the rooms not particularly clean - finding old rust on the soap bottle and a lot of dust along the surfaces. We got zero service, even when I put out the sign to make up my room. Calls to the front desk were never answered. Not once. We borrowed an iron and ironing board once and were told to have it back that evening. The breakfast was not very good. Except the coffee, which was good. The “view” from our rooms was of an alley facing abandoned and bombed out buildings. One staff person was very lovely and supplied us with herbal tea!! But all the others were rude or barely civil.

Good location. However, the hotel was dirty. The bathroom in our room had mold. The phone didn’t work and when we asked reception about it, the guy said that they were turned off during Covid. It’s now 2026, why haven’t they turned them back on. During check in, I asked the front desk lady about parking. She was unsure and said there is one by the Jazz restaurant. When I asked about the price, she said it was 6 Euros. That was completely wrong even after getting the ticket validated. There is one tiny elevator for the whole hotel so it took a long time for the elevator to reach your floor. I would not recommend this hotel.
