Property was lovely, breakfast was great. The concierge was very helpful! Only thing to note is uber and taxi are hard to find at night so you must walk along a road if you go to town

Our stay here in San Giovanni was wonderful. The room provided an incredible view of Lake Como. Breakfasts on the terrace were amazing also, with plenty of fresh produce. The location is great as well, being outside the touristy part of Bellagio.

The place is a hidden gem with a great view of the lake from the attic. Staff are friendly, Very clean room and very good breakfast not being rushed. And the host gave us samples of jam to take home.. we took an hour bus from Como. Very short distance from the bus stop.. 25-30 min walk from Bellagio

Homemade breakfast options were amazing, staff was super helpful and rooms were comfortable There’s only one bus option with 30 - 60 mins interval to get to the city so do take that into consideration before booking

Beautiful property, super friendly host and wonderful breakfast. It was nice to be removed from the bustle of downtown Bellagio, yet still within walking distance. Also, the Como ferry stops very close by!

Beautiful place to stay with my two adult children. Excellent breakfast and comfortable space. Lots of walking required to get to places (up and down hill) so those with mobility issues should be aware.

Great location with abundant parking. Good breakfast too! Only minor suggestion would be to start the breakfast earlier as 8:30am may be too late for people who want to tour the area.

Fabulous stay

Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet.
