"Room was clean. Staff was friendly - not staff's fault as following policy, but wanting the customer to pay $50 to check in 15 minutes early is a little ridiculous. (I know they can't let everyone check in super early, but then waiting 25 minutes in line while 1 person tried to check in 10 people lined up to get their rooms is a little crazy). "Great location and parking was easy! Rooms were clean and new but the beds were so soft that everyone woke up with a sore back. Also, the lack of carpet in the rooms made it very loud between floors when someone was walking above. Overall, a great stay, but a few things need to be addressed."
