The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Recepção, somente 2 funcionários sem postura e sem preparo para se comunicar e contornar situações desagradáveis, sistema do hotel aparenta ser bem antigo.
Hotel não possuí ajudantes para levar as malas, eu estava com 2 idosos, um estava totalmente debilitado e sonolento, não possuí acessibilidade.
Hotel não tem serviço de lavanderia.
Quartos antigos e com cheiro de velho, ficamos em 3 pessoas, sendo 2 idosos, ambiente escuro principalmente a noite, luminária para 2 lâmpadas e só tinha 1 não iluminava direito, quarto abafado. A limpeza do quarto é básica do básico, uma tampa plástica próximo a janela de uma das camas está lá desde o dia 23/02/2025 quando cheguei, fui embora no dia 25/02/2025 e continuava por lá.
O banheiro quando dei entrada PAGANDO MEIA DIÁRIA A MAIS, tinha cheiro ruim, como se não tivesse sido lavado ou não dado tempo de arrumar.
Quando fui fechar minha estadia me mandaram esperar porque o sistema estava fora do ar e me pediram 10min, passaram outras pessoas na frente que estava entrando e me deixaram esperando por mais de 30min. Ambiente totalmente rústico.
O gerente nem satisfação dava e se quiser ajudava a resolver a situação!

Tudo muito bom. Sempre fico nesse hotel quando venho a BH, pois é muito bem localizado, junto à praça 7, o coração da cidade, além oferecer um ótimo atendimento. O único ponto negativo ocorreu justamente nessa última estadia em que a internet ficou sem funcionar nos últimos dias.

Quarto extremamente limpo, funcionários super atenciosos e solícitos. Localização excelente, se consegue fazer muita coisa a pé. Bem policiado, passando segurança, ar beeeem gelado, amei. Café da manhã delicioso e com muitas variedades (o suco de manga com maracujá é muito delicioso e o charme do café da manhã). Amamos nossa estadia. Tudo no hotel é de muito bom gosto. Quando voltarmos, ficaremos lá novamente.
