Not clean, food under the bed, hair in the plughole or the sink Staff were somewhat helpful, but not overly apologetic Did give us 50% of one night and moved us rooms only when we had to complain a second time Outside space was nice, bar staff were lovely

We’ve stayed here before and the hotel was passable. But this time there was no hot water for at least 2 days in half the hotel.
