"Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great places to eat close by and right across the street from a nice park. Room had all the amenities needed bed was comfortable and big. Rooftop bar had good drinks and tapas."

"Great stay at this hotel! What made it all even more special is the staff, everyone, especially at the Reception. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and the staff at this hotel were genuinely happy to help and always greeting you with warmth and a smile. We stayed with a 2 year old and their help and attention was greatly appreciated."

"Hotel is directly opposite a football stadium building site... didn't know this before arrival. Room was clean, bright and good size Bathroom was decent size and quality if a little dated Breakfast buffet was a lovely addition, with enough variety to cover our group Sadly, the roof top pool and bar (panoramic views) were not open when we went in May 2026, nor were we advised before we went. Shame as one of the reasons we chose the hotel, it was perfect weather for it (mid 20's) and would have been amazing after walking for hours around the beautiful city and the beach is further than we realised but worth the trip. The sauna was a nice touch in the gym, although you have to book it via reception for them to activate it"

"The staff here were incredibly rude. The front desk staff in particular. At check in. Thoughout the stay if we had a question. Check out. Just the rudest most arrogant people. If you don’t like people or tourists don’t work in this industry. The staff in the bar upstairs didn’t serve us for 40 minutes before we finally gave up and left. We were the only ones there and there was 2 staff. The room was not clean. There was blood drops on the sheets. Definitely not from us. Towels were not clean. Location was good. We tried to get water from the supplied reception area on three occasions and there is never any clean glasses. Breakfast was 25 per person for pretty bad food. There is far far far better options in Valencia for this price point"

"Here’s a polished version that remains positive while clearly expressing your disappointment with the lunch and dinner offerings: The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and staffed by a team that provided excellent service from check-in through check-out. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a very restful stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. It offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and was presented beautifully each morning. The only area that fell short of our expectations was the food service for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals did not match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. We dined in the restaurant once and ultimately sent our meals back, and on another occasion we ordered room service but found the food unappealing and chose not to eat it. The dishes appeared and tasted more like pre-made or mass-produced meals rather than freshly prepared offerings. Given the overall quality of the property and service, we were surprised by this inconsistency and hope the hotel will consider reviewing its lunch and dinner menu and food preparation standards. With improvements in this area, the guest experience would be exceptional from start to finish."
