Location is fantastic, staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Only caveat is very weak wi-fi, but sometimes it is great to be off the grid!

Great place to stay!

A wonderful little hotel, very comfortable and affordable. Helpful staff, who speak Abania, Italian, and English. Conveniently located to all the sites without the noise and congestion of the typical tourist spots. A full breakfast is included. I had dinner in the restaurant; the food was fresh and generous portions. Only down side, there was no refrigerator in my room as was noted on the booking that one was included. Note: If you can't (or don't want to) do stairs, that might be an issue for you.

Hotel personnel was very helpful in getting our luggage taken to our rooms. This more than makes up for the absence of an elevator. My only problem is with the very dark corridors. I understand the need to conserve electricity. The corridor lights are motion-activated but most of them were not really working. We had to use our cellphones to illuminate our way into the corridors. The hotel location is walking distance from the major attractions in Berat.

Comfortable stay

Good location, not too close to the hustle and bustle of the town but good walking distance to everything. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. There is construction work going on behind the hotel, if you want to sleep in until after 7.30, ask for a room facing the street.

Bom hotel

Hotel um pouco fora do centrinho, mas a 5minutos a pé (o que para nós compensou, pois havia estacionamento para o carro e a cidade é muito tranquila para se andar a noite). O quarto era bom (antigo, mas limpo e confortável), e o banho maravilhoso. De negativo, havia uma obra bem próxima do hotel, e a janela do banheiro não era jateada... Precisamos colocar uma toalha para que ninguém nos visse tomando banho. Quase não havia pessoal na recepção, mas quando havia eram bem solícitos, apesar de falaram quase nada de inglês. Café da manhã simples, mas com os itens necessários.

玄関の脇の四つ星マークが妥当とは言えないが、価格その他を考えるとまあ良いホテルです

センターに近く、部屋も清潔で不自由なく二泊を過ごせた。朝食も6時30分開始のところを、実際は7時頃であったが多くが8時なので朝早く移動する際には貴重なホテルである。 ただ、チェックアウトする際に、払い込み済のところを、正規のレセプションが8時台のため居なかったせいか、払ってくれときたので、困惑した。予約確認書をメールリストから出して見せて説明してOKだったが、泊まるのであれば、すぐそれを出せる準備をしておいたほうが良いだろう。
