"The staff was great. Alexandra was very kind and helpful. The restaurant waiters and waitress were all hardworking, efficient, and very nice. The restaurant food was excellent and we ate there both night of our two day stay. The common areas were very clean, cool and airy, and nicely appointed. The rooms were somewhat warm and we needed a fan, which was immediately provided upon our arrival by Alexandra.
The only troubling thing about this hotel was a middle aged woman with tattoos wearing a drindl, who we understood was the manager. She was very rude to us when we checked in before our room was ready and we were trying to handle our luggage as directed by the staff. As we were doing so, the woman approached and spoke to us very angrily, said numerous things under her breath, scowled at us numerous times, and walked off without us understanding what we had done to anger her. This was our first impression of the hotel. This woman has no business being in a supervisory role there. Or having anything to do with the hotel’s clients."
