“The location is fantastic. Taxi from the airport is about $60 with tip. If you get one of the beachfront rooms you are less than a minute walk and you are toes in the sand of about 1/4 mile of what seems like a private beach. Hotel staff was great. Shout out to Amy at the front desk who's help was beyond wonderful. If you need a taxi have them call Mr Moses. He was the best. He drove us on one day and set up an appointment to pick us up to head to the airport out final day. He was there early...

“Really liked Grotto Bay! Very good for families, couples and friends. Staff was excellent very helpful food was good to great. I went with a friend and we signed up for the all inclusive for 3 days 139.00 per person per day, breakfast, lunch and dinner including drink's, bus pass and ferry pass.Totally worth the money . Beds were comfortable room was nice . Had a great massage at their spa in their caves, very cool. Beach and pool very nice . Very close to the airport. Would go back again!”

“I have never had such a disappointing travel experience where I had to spend over $5000 for 5 days. I understand that Bermuda is an expensive place to stay but to be treated by the staff as though I was a burden was simply unacceptable. The room was clean and the view was nice but there was water damage, paint peeling, lack of pillows and bedding and no room cleaning throughout. To access the property you have to climb a very steep hill and just outside of the entrance there are garbage trucks...

“Beautiful property! The room was a dream, I loved my time there . All staff was helpful and front desk staff was a delight to talk to. I stayed during a solo trip and felt very safe and welcomed ! Food and drinks were also amazing.”

“Room was clean and refreshed 2-3x daily. However, our balcony was in direct sun so many times it was unusable. Check in was not smooth and some information given then was incorrect. Generally, staff were welcoming and attentive. We will definitely stay here again!”

The beach is a bit short (50 yards) so getting in your steps was a little challenging. Then again, you are on vacation. Would have liked to see nightly entertainment. Nothing crazy, just a guitar or piano player would have made the resort top notch for us.”
