“The property was run down and in terrible condition. Rooms had windows in terrible state of repair allowing insects and lizards in to the room. Bugs in the bed and on the sheets. We received many bites. If it weren’t for the very kind staff member we would have turned around and walked out, even if we had to forfeit the money paid!”

“This was our last stop before the airport in the morning. The location was ideal for that. Dinner was fine but it took a very, very long time, even long in Belize time. The pictures of the pool online look nice but it was full of screaming kids, which is what it is, but just an FYI it was very busy by the pool. The AC really struggled and we had no hot water. We had been traveling for a month so I was a little used to lack of hot water at times by now. Yes, the shuttle was a little pricey but...

“Go here! We took our 17 and 12 y/o and no one wanted to leave. The staff is the friendliest and most anticipatory you will come across. They have your table setup each day, if they hear you mention wanting to try something they will make it happen (they literally went into the jungle and picked bread fruit for us), and they had items ready for every activity we had mentioned possibly wanting to do. They gave jungle, water activities, and excursions and they are all the cheapest we have...
