"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). The rooms are clean and modern. A resort shuttle runs when buses are not running (at an additional cost). This all made for a relaxing stay. "

"We like the location of the hotel,the staff was nice but not great, parking situation is not great. They don’t tell you if you get late you are to be locked out of the parking,one night we were able to get in with a card they gave us, next night they didn’t have the card and we had to park somewhere else that at the end was cheaper. They didn’t apologized or cared about our inconvenience."

"Very friendly staff. The restaurant for dinner was very good but a bit expensive- well trained staff. The room was spacious. The heat is not turned on during this time of year. Sauna and steam access was a welcomed surprise. Close to train station."

"Sauberes Hotel aber das Bett ist nicht akzeptabel. Das Bett sollte erneuert werden, die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern im Internet. Nachdem das Zimmer gereinigt wurde wird einfach noch abgeschlossen.Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein für den relativen hohen Preisen. Immerhin sind die Bergbahnen inklusive."

"This rental is a DUMP. The exterior is littered with garbage, old lawn furniture, broken playground equipment, discarded building materials and dead mice. The inside is camped, dark and dirty (our white socks were filthy two seconds after walking around the house). The village of Saxeten, however, is lovely. It is remote, peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Many of the homes here are very tidy and well-kept, so this rental seems to be a blight to the community"

"Right next to Wilhelm Tell theatre, so just a few minutes walk. (Amazing experience at theatre.) Older hotel but with the view from my room it was just fine. Breakfast was simple but ample enough. Bar at night. Garden leading to hiking trails nearby, so just great with my dog."
