“The swimming pool area was packed with locals not travellers, impossible to get a long or spot to swim.”

“I liked the relaxed and informal atmosphere. My first sight of the laundry looked like a junkyard of broken and rusting machines, but to their credit there was a transformation with the junk removed and replaced with new and gleaming machines.”

“Friendly staff, clean property, great location, everything you need is at the hotel; bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service. Minor down side; Pool could do with a revamp in some areas. Restaurant menu could be a little better. Lobby carpets do need replacing but this didn’t affect my over stay, i would be more than happy to stay here again.”

“Clean room. Very friendly staff. Loved the pool, cafe & rooftop bar. Would stay again. Highly recommend the Zen.”

“The staff member at reception who checked us in (he was the team lead I believe ) was very well mannered and helpful throughout our entire stay and after leaving also posted my daughter’s jumper that was left behind.”

“주차 유료, 객실 멀다”

“Breakfast was excellent”

“이가격에 이런 청결과 관리는 찾아볼 수 없을듯 합니다. 진심 너무 편안하게 잘 지내고 갑니다.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff at every corner of the facility; from the front desk to the restaurant. Fantastic view of the city and the ocean at higher floors. ”

“Nice experience ”

“Lovely!”

“All good”

“We arrived after picking my husband up from hospital He had a knee replacement We waited at reception while one male staff decided he would tell all the delights of Darwin. Other staff member was surley and took a long time to provide us with our room Room was clean but we found out at 2200 no towels or very little teabags Bath is unsafe for anyone to climb in. Breakfast was good yes everyone arrived at once and dining room was busy Food was good and staff were helpful.”

“The accomodation was easy to find and the instructions for self check in were good. When calling to confirm the booking they didn’t answer the phone, I called at 3 different times of day. The sheets on the bed had not been changed, they had dirty marks all through them. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and had hair and dirt marks everywhere. The towel rail in the bathroom was also falling off the wall. The tea and coffee sachets were old and melted together in a dirty container.”

“I didn’t get deposit yet. Please check it again ”
