“OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy. Not the easiest place to get to, but well worth it! This is the place to stay!”

“Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails.”

“Eccellente struttura, abbiamo passato 2 giorni splendidi .

“A lovely chalet style hotel tucked up in the mountains near lake ledro. Not all of the staff speak English but it was easy to check in and find out all of our amenities. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had good options. The only negative was that the towels were threadbare but this is to be expected at the end of the season. We would definitely stay here again ”

“Totally lovely hotel it was! Bike rental for free! Thanks to that, we could travel around beautiful lake. Very clean, neat and kind. Spa in the hotel was also for free, even 4 bottles of water in the mini bar were for free. Breakfast was also good(i've had over 10 hotel's breakfast during this travel in Italy, here was the best!) I wanted to stay here one more night, sadly rooms were full. If you want to stay near by lake garda, i would recommend this hotel!”

“We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, massages) looked top-notch. Location is ideal, just steps from Riva del Garda's old town. My only critique is that the rooms felt small and quite...

“Lovely welcome drink. Very clean. Staff super friendly. ”

“Location was perfect, in the heart of the Old Town and 2 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a friendly smile, no matter how busy they were. We had room service everyday. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of food to select. An absolute highlight of our morning. The room was quite small, but enough space for suitcases and backpacks. I would highly recommend this hotel for any couples going to Riva del Garda.”
