“Great stay!”

“This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with several really nice restaurants nearby, and there's plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and the property was well maintained. I was thrilled when I discovered how welcoming the Ramkota was at the last minute on a holiday weekend with state soccer finals in town. We ate dinner in the bar and the bartender kindly took great care of us.”

“Excellent hotel for families with children. The pool room has a pool for small children as well as a regular pool. The continental breakfast has a wide variety of options and the rooms are clean.”

“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but...

“We had the misfortune of being in Casper the weekend of the State track meet and all other hotels were full. There’s a reason this one wasn’t. Facility was run down and a little spooky. When we told friends where we were staying they gasped and offered to put us up at their homes.”
