"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were on the 11th floor. Clean room and quiet location. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette with a microwave was handy to have. Super quick elevators in this building which is a bugbear of mine at other hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely stay again "

"The hotel allowed us to check in early and gave us a free room upgrade.The only thing that let us down was room service when they gave a us burnt chicken nuggets and stale burger bun but they did remake the food for us so that was great "

"The hotel is a little tired. Stayed there 20 years ago. The furniture, carpet, pictures on the wall all still the same. Needs a revamp but a great location and amazing staff. Breakfast not so good. Better value in a cafe round the corner."
