"A room safe was listed but it did not work. Two other rooms were offered, but the safes did not work in them either. If they do not work, they should not be listed as an amenity. The microwave, dated 1991, did not have a turntable but did work okay. The room thermostat needed a battery. Curtains looked rough or tied in knots in the hall. The rear outdoor premise had 2 mattresses stored outdoors, a trailer with a flat tire and other materials that should be disposed of. The staff were fine-courteous. Requested a no pet room which was appreciated. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice complementary breakfast. Their breakfast bar had a lot of options including eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, four types of juices, waffles, French toast sticks, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee and tea. The only small issue I had is that there was no diet/zero sugar soda choice in their vending machines so I had to go down the road to a Sheetz to get my soda."

"STAY AWAY FROM MAINSTAY SUITES Grantville-Hershey North. My two night stay was a trial stay to determine if this hotel could meet my needs as a professional who needs an upcoming multi-month stay, 1) INTERNET SERVICE WAS SO WEAK I COULD NOT WORK AND WAS FORCED TO LEAVE TO WORK ELSEWHERE. 2) THE TOILET DID NOT FLUSH. General Manager Kovich asserted that it did; it did NOT FLUSH; the staff took most all of the two days to turn their attention to this revoting condition. MAINSTAY SUITES FAILED. I will not return and urge others who need clean lodging and working internet to also choose other accommodations. "
