"Rooms were dusty the heater and curtains didnt work. The staff were not helpful and made me feel uncomfortable. When i told her the heater didnt work i had small children with me she still didnt seam to care. Now my daughter is coughing and i will be taking her to the hospital. I would like a refund because i will never be staying there ever again and definitely wont ve recommending to friends and family "

"We love the style of our room, the double King suite, was very reasonably priced and it suited our small family of four perfect. We especially enjoyed that there were two separate areas to showers which made cleaning up after swimming super quick for bigger families. I was however disappointed that the hot tub was not working, even though they told us before we checked it that it would be working the next day however continued to be out of service the rest of our trip. The first morning my son found a hair in his eggs, opted out of breakfast the rest of our trip. "
