โI was hesitant about the smaller pillows, but they were super comfy and slept cool instead of hot, like so many foam pillows. I'm a pillow snob :-)โ
โStaff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, and clean. I love that the rooms were not carpeted, but and nice, new clean floors! The outside areas were nice and had seating for visiting to! Lots of restaurant and shopping options in the area as well!โ
โclose to lots of shopping and restaurants, close to expressway, convenient to pull off of I-90, convenient snack choices next to front desk, free hot coffee at night next to front desk, pre-check in made it easy at front desk, our special requests were met (main floor room and bathtub in room)โ
โWow!! This hotel is beautiful and historic. The view from the 10th floor is amazing. The staff were friendly and very professional. Valet brought my vehicle right away. I will certainly stay again.โ

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel during my trip. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and very comfortable โ exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything was well-maintained.The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, and I really appreciated how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was.Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again...
