“There was the most cleanest room and bed I've ever!!!”

“Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, and I've stayed at hundreds of places. An hour after check in I couldn't get the door to unlock with the key they provided. I had to go back to the front desk and get a new key. Then somebody checked in around mid-night and they gave them a key to our room because they thought it was empty.
