“There was the most cleanest room and bed I've ever!!!”

“Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, and I've stayed at hundreds of places. An hour after check in I couldn't get the door to unlock with the key they provided. I had to go back to the front desk and get a new key. Then somebody checked in around mid-night and they gave them a key to our room because they thought it was empty. Some guy unlocked our door and the only thing that prevented him from getting in was the safety latch. I had an argument with him before he finally left. They...

“LOVED our stay! Right in the heart of downtown! Modern & sleek! Most of the front “ desk” staff were super friendly. One was not, but I just ignored her & killed her with kindness! Great coffee! Wish they gave you a free pastry with your complimentary coffee. Our room was stunning!”

“The hotel room was very clean. Staff was great. The hot tub, however, was under maintenance the entire stay which was disappointing as that is one reason I booked this hotel. They should have informed us of this issue as I had until July 17 to cancel and would have booked elsewhere. I found out Sunday when we checked in that another lady said when she came on that Friday the 17th it was under maintenance at that time, so a week and no one being able to use it. “Great and varied breakfast from 6am each day. Perfect for starting off a day’s activity! My room was clean on arrival and efficiently serviced every day. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Ample parking. A perfect base for exploring Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. The town of Custer imo is a great little gem with an awesome pie shop and great food options.”
