This is a very well maintained and thoughtfully furnished and decorated cozy cabin close to everything but tucked away down a gravel road providing a sense of privacy set in a naturally rugged Black Hills landscape with beautiful starry dark night time skies. The room was awesome! Staff was top notch. One star deducted because we just didnt like our bed. It was a memory foam but was way to stiff for our liking.

Pretty dead during the winter hours
Go to the museum, the grocery, the restaurant with breakfast burritos. Walk the fun town,
Was disappointed that we did not see buffalo but only signs they were there like manure just off the road.Roads were not well maintained and one was even closed.
“Burger and bun” was recommended to us for dinner and it was excellent! They grind the local beef in house.
We ate at the Bugling Bull restaurant. Prices were ok, and food was good.
