We had an excellent stay! The room was spacious and waterpark for my son was great! My only complaint would be them not willing to refund the last night when we decided to leave a day early.

Our stay was great, the room was very clean, supplies stocked and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative comments about our stay: Shower design caused a lot of water to pool on the bathroom floor, and the rug was soaked. Also they need more luggage carts for the amount of visitors.
