"I was really excited to stay at the Elegante when selecting a hotel in Beaumont. Not only was it a beautiful hotel from the photos, but I was also really excited to be able to use their beautiful pool and pool area cabanas. Even though they are doing some renovations in the hotel, the lobby was beautiful. ..."

"Both my rooms smelled like pee. When I stated that all that was done was the room was sprayed with air freshener. key card wouldn't work in the gym room and asked staff twice about it she just kept saying she don't know. For the price i paid it was not worth it"
