“Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day ”

“It was difficult to find someone to check in and unclear how I did this. I was fortunate the door was open to the restaurant so I could ask for help there. Room was okay but TV did not work. Again, it was very difficult to get hold of someone to try to sort this out. Eventually they changed rooms for me because they were unable to solve the problem. This room was not properly cleaned and I had to go and try to find someone (again with difficulty) to ask for toilet roll. Although the people I did...

“The place was easy to find and get into.Outside, you're in Chinatown with plenty of vibe and things to do. Inside, once you get past the scruffy staircase and dodgy lift, the 3rd floor is ok. The room is acceptable, clean, and appointed with fridge, microwave, toaster, cups, and glasses. The bathroom is modern. However, the walls are incrwthin and yiu will hear the noisy neighbours playing music and having a domestic until 1am. After that, the club over the road will be noisy until after 4am....
