“The place is very good although there is a little cigarette smell I imagine that some other people smoke inside the rooms but the place is incredible it is clean the people at the reception are nice they are very respectful and above all it is very safe the area I loved this place too”

This was an incredible stay. I travel a lot for work and this was easily one of the best, if not the best, stay I've ever had. ”

“The room and house was spotless, cozy and comfortable. The bed was so comfy. So many extras and luxuries that made our stay amazing. Breakfast was delicious and presented with so much attention to detail. Rose is a gem - kind and hospitable. We highly recommend it here when you are in the Port Hope area. ”

“There were no other hotel options within the area available due to a tournament of some kind. Upon arrival staff attempted to increase the rate to double+ the cost because of lack of availability. As I had booked via expedia with the rate already outlined they were required to maintain it much to their disgruntlement. ”

“The hotel was okay overall, and most of the basic amenities were available in the room, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted the experience. The carpet felt stale and had an unpleasant smell, which was noticeable upon entering the room & later as well. In the bathroom, while shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion canisters were provided, there was no shower gel, which was a bit puzzling. Instead, only a soap bar was available—I'm not sure why shower...

“room was clean as could be but needs to be painted a new bed would help a lot. no heat hot water if you let water run for 30 minutes. there was only a shower in the bathroom and it was not clean ”
