“Location of the hotel was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Rooms were reasonable clean, but everything in this hotel slowly falls apart. Beds were were uncomfortable, and every time I turned I felt like I was falling down. Small window in bathroom wouldn't close and birds would poop inside, leaving bathroom smelling horrible. Breakfast was passable. Pool in pictures looked nice, but in reality is very small. Spa takes forever to heat up, planks are uneven and have nails sticking...

“A beautiful hotel with a great view and friendly staff. Highly recommend. ”

“Muslim shower was in the room but no water, in any room”

“This is a newer property that is very clean and beautiful. It is walking distance from Registan Square, yet quiet and peaceful. If you want to get a ride from Yandex Go, it is still 30,000 som or less. I think there was a mixup with the housekeeping schedule; I checked in around 2pm and around 7pm same afternoon, a housekeeper was cleaning my room already when I got back from dinner. Still, I really liked the room and enjoyed my stay there.”

“Polite, helpful, English speaking staff at a conveniently located hotel. Walking distance to major sites.”

“Great views looking north (right now) from ninth floor but there is another building under construction that will probably block view within a few years. Really big room. Simple breakfast. Restaurant doesn’t take credit cards yet. Great location- close to most monuments/museums. Friendly staff and used laundry service too.”
