Swan Hotel
Overpriced & incorrectly advertised. Service incredibly slow, evening meal took well over an hour to arrive. Breakfast was wrong twice and completely overcooked. Contractors started working right outside my window at 0830 - would have been nice to get some warning or a reduction on bill.

Cotteswold House
Lovely B&B, we really enjoyed staying over in Bibury… a very quiet little parish - but nice to be able to spend the day & enjoy both of the pubs. Apartments were okay but booking through Hotels.com was a disaster. I booked using Tesco vouchers but the vouchers didn't go through at my first attempt. I then cancelled and rebooked immediately checking with George apartments that this was okay. They said it was but both payments were processed ...
